Tivel took another deep breath. She would not go out, not with so many people out there. She drew her knees up to her chest and continued reading.

"Yes, yes it was." The guard nods.

The scouts continue playing charades.

Zeke sighed.

"Alright, get out of here kid." The guard mumbled, letting him go.

Tivel growled. No she could not stand these scouts and king on her land. She threw her book down. She fixed her armor and mask then opened her door. If the could see her eyes beneath the mask, they might have looked red with anger. Her long black hair swirled around her like a cloak. She took another deep breath, smiled, then yelled, Leave my home now!

The scout's jump, surprised, while the king just looks up, bored. He smiles, chuckling, "So you finally decide to come out? Good." He mutters, standing and walking up to her. "No." He suddenly snaps, gently taking her hand and spinning her around as if they were dancing. "You have not had the presence of another near you for a while now, yes? Why is that?" He suddenly asks, bowing to her, this was a true sign of respect coming from a king. It was rare for a king to bow to another female other than his own mate, he clearly thought highly of this girl.

Zeke grinned and ran off, snagging some food and cash along the way before giving it to somebiomeless people.

He was gonna get the last laugh.

She stumbled back a bit. She was a bit surprised but shook her head. I just prefer it this way. she mumbled. She looked away. She had never really considered why she was so insistent on being alone.

The guards didn't notice, still on edge from the crazed Lycan.
