He nodded. As he thought, a very small quartz surfaced. Noal Glanced at it then looked away. After a few seconds, he realized what happened and quietly put dirt over it. The fur on his tail stood on end, hoping no one had noticed. So, It is on emotion now..? Noal thought to himself.

Shadow and Swordfern nodded they agreed with the beta.

"Mebe," Squirrel said. "I'm not sure I like leader position either, I mean it's got its benefits, but I really don't want to be thought of as pushy or holier then thou," He looked at Bano "I think I smell a rabbit. Let's go,"

Bano nodded. He followed Squirrel silently. "I'll flush it toward you." he whispered, ever so softly.

Anubis followed them. He remembered that he hadn't eaten in nearly a week, he was weak still. "Yes, let's do that." He agreed at the mention of a rabbit. "Come on Canis let's put that energy to use."
"Really?" The pup barked. "I can hunt with you?!"
"That's what I said was it not?"
"Oh boy! Let's go!"

"The last pack we encountered was extremely aggressive and adamant about not sharing their food. We had no qualms about it, and had fully intended to find another place to settle, but the other pack didn't let up. They insisted that they'd escort us out of their territory, to make sure we didn't do any hunting. We were already weak enough as it was, we didn't need to have anyone against us when we were starving. Lunarius permitted it, if only to lessen the tension," Ignotia growled lowly, more to himself than than to Desdemona.

He continued, "However, we never seemed to reach the end of their territory because they took so many winding paths. As exhausted as we were, it wasn't a surprise that we never really noticed that they were leading us in circles. They'd never planned to let us leave at all, no, they had planned to eat us because they had long since eaten all of the prey in their territory."

She flicked her ears as a sign that the meeting was over and she padded towards Noal. "How was that?" She let out a nervous breath

"That was good! Speaking like a true alpha female. I could do way better if I was alpha." Noal licked her ears.

Uru lifted her head. "Althea, Noal, come here."she barked. She smiled softly. *I hope they understand my reason.* she thought.

Luanne yawned, her pure white fangs glistening with the snow. She scratched her side, then jumped down into the dead grass. Her golden fur blended in like a white butterfly in the arctic. Her eyes were darting around the wolves denning area. She ate the remains of some mice she had earlier caught, and, just for the fun of it, got up behind the rock. She raised her head high, stared at the Blue sky, and Howled. Her voice was beautiful, melting into the snowy land like it were made of snow flakes, making every wolf feel strangely calm and peaceful. It rang in the trees, echoes ringing everywhere, as if even Mother Nature wanted to keep that howl there. It stopped ringing, and she dived back into the grass, leaving no scent. She smirked and wondered *Let's see how quick they find me, or if they do at all with their heads in the clouds after that mix of magic.* she was a bit weary after that magic use, but stayed awake and active non the less.
