no, there isn't but you can always just breed or maybe a greater genetic mutator? Not sure about those, i haven't used one before.

Ah, so the Giant Clam Quitari 3 vis would have the wings (because the usual Quitari does not have that), the markings on the wings and the pattern on the scales! Since I've got a 2vis GC Quitari, I'm really hoping for the scale pattern and the wings!

Genetic Mutators only allow you to add mutations (random or chosen) I think--nothing with being able to make a carried mutation or gene visible! Oh well--perhaps someday! But I've got the feeling that it would be extreeeemely expensive!

pfft, probs will be, special philters are usually pretty expensive -_-
