Jora shook her head serious. "No you are that great. You're father and his friends are dead wrong, there is no such thing as being too nice. Take it from someone who's not been treated very nicely." Until now. She thought to herself. "Wait.... Did you say your dad doesn't think drawing is a wroth while skill?!" She said almost yelling. "That's a load of baloney!" Jora was getting uncharacteristically angry. She decided to change the subject. She smiled. "Come on, let's go before any one has to confront a angry chinese dragon." Jora laughed a little at the thought.

A'ine was grasping at straws for what to talk about. "So... um ... Ember, do you like....... oh I don't know, art? Yeah let's go with art." I hope I can keep this conversion going. Ember seems real neat. (*Sigh* Shorter then usual, sorry.)

Orion grinned, feeling guilty for being happy that someone got angry at his expense.School's better than I thought. People here are more open, and accepting. He said so to Jora, "Thanks, for being so accepting. It's nice not to have to argue with someone about the values of kindness and art. And no one wants an angry Chinese dragon." Orion says, grinning, and picking up his pace, his stomach rumbling.

Ember racked her brain. She like to play the fiddle. That was something, right? "Well, I don't draw well. You should see my stick figures, but I play the fiddle." she says, thinking of the familiar instrument resting safely at home. Maybe she plays an instrument. It's possible. Right?

(Ember's hard, 'cause she doesn't talk much.)

Jora shuffled her feet around a little after the complement. "You're welcome, I don't know if it's a big enough thing to say 'thank you' for, it's not hard." She sped up a little when Orion sped up. She laughed when she heard his stomach rumble. "Were you roaring?"

A'ine was running out of things to talk about.... again. "Cool. I never had much skill for music. But of course A'eda'n is just wonderful at it. Oh, what does he play...." A'ine put her palm on her head, trying to remember. "Oh yeah! He plays something called a cello, I'm so inept at music I don't even know what half the instruments are called."

Orion threw his hands up defensively, "Hey! I'm hungry!" I must be starving. When's the last time I ate? I mean, seriously? Now I'm just rambling. Jora.... hmmm. I wonder if her name means anything. "What does your name mean?" he asks, holding his hands behind his head as they walk.

"Stop talking about your brother and start talking about yourself! He can't be better than you at everything." said Ember, thinking what it would be like to be in someone's shadow your whole life.

Jora was a little surprised when Orion asked that. She stopped for a second, too. Dang it he'll notice. I've got to stop doing these sorts of things. "Oh well um, Jora doesn't mean anything as far as I know. It's a nick name I use because Arnbjorg is kind of hard to remember." She tried smiling a little embarrassed that she was caught off guard..again. "Well anywho it's kind of a sick joke my parents actccidently pulled on me when I was born. Arnbjorg actually means eagle protection." Jora pulled back her hair a little behind her hair.

A'ine was surprised by Ember's outburst (Everyone's suprised! XD) A'ine was losing her normal, inner calmness. "It's nice of you to say, but I highly doubt I'm better then him at anything except, one talking to people, two beating up the people who won't even look at me and three know what people are thinking." She added the last one trying to joke around.
