Kurt cringed when she whimpered. He was so ready to beat that guy to a pulp. Why would anyone go and hurt someone as loving as Katherine like that? "You go ahead and cry... You deserve to not act tough..." He whispered to her quietly getting out to his roommates car opening the passenger side setting her down and buckling her up.

Keda smiled a little at him giving him a quick kiss. "What makes you think I was in a hurry?" She asked picking up her own coffee drinking some.

Katherine leaned into him more. Listening to his voice, letting it calm her a bit. Curling back p when he set her in the seat. Not opening her eyes. Keeping them closed tightly. Keeping her hands covering her cheek. Another drop of blood dripping on her arm from her lip. Her face hurting more and more. She tried to hold in her crying even more, not wanting to cry.

Will smiled kissing her back. He gave her a look like he didn't believe her. "Keda..." he said looking into her eyes.

Kurt got in the car and glanced at Katherine. He gripped the wheel tightly trying to hold in his anger.

Keda smiled at him. "What are you talking about?" She asked him again confused.

Katherine made a softer whimper into the seat. Cringing a bit when the seat slightly brushed her cheek. Another drip of blood falling on her arm from her lip. Curling tighter into a ball in the seat when he turned. Her eyes still tightly closed. Trying not to cry.

Will looked at her for a moment before speaking "Then what was the call about..." he said in his velvety voice, reaching over and taking a drink of his own coffee.

Kurt swallowed looking over at her before looking back out the window. He took his phone out of his pocket and called Jen. "Hey, Katherine got hurt and I need to take her home, can I switch with your night shift?" He asked listening on the other end. "Okay Jen. I owe you big time. Thanks bye." He said hanging up looking over at Katherine at a red light. "Katherine... Do you want me to take you to the doctors or would some ointment and ice be enough?" He asked her really worried.

Keda tilted her head at him. "I did have a meeting to go to at ten.... But my prince distracted me." She teased him.

Katherine listened to his voice, talking to someone on the phone. She went to speak but couldn't, it hurt to much no move her mouth. Beginning to shake again. She was afraid of doctors and hospitals. Shakily taking her hands off her cheek to show a black and purple bruise sort of in the shape of a hand. Wrapping them around her waist, still shaking as she stayed curled in a ball on the seat. Another tear going down her cheek. Just wanting to go back to his place with him and be in his arms where she felt safe.

Will sighed. "You're not still going?" he said looking into her eyes before taking another drink of his coffee. Wondering what the meeting was about. His arms loosening around her a bit as he took another drink.

Kurt swallowed seeing the full bruise hating the man more. "Her squeeze my hand to go to the hospital or don't and I'll take you home..." He said carefully lifting one of her hands in his.

Keda looked at him chuckling a little. "It's past ten... Like a lot..." She teased him.

Katherine let him take her hand. Not squeezing it. Letting it hang limply in his. Her eyes still closed tightly, feeling the car turn and then turn again. Letting out a small whimper when her cheek barely touched the seat. Just wanting to rest at the moment. It hurting too much for her to do much else. Wiping blood from her lip on her sleeve as she opened her eyes a little to look at him. Holding down tears from the pain. Feeling like her cheek was throbbing along with her lip.

Will sighed "Okay, well can you come back to bed then, your prince is tired" he said with a bit of a laugh before slowly setting her down and standing up.

Kurt sighed pulling into his parking spot, letting go of her hand quickly goin around and picking her up locking the car as he carried her inside and up the stairs. HE opened the room to his apartment and heard Tim starting. "You'd better have my car with you, you need to quit-" HE cut off seeing Kurt with Katherine in his arms. "Oh my gosh! Is she alright?!" June yelled both of them getting off the couch for Kurt to put her down. "Not really... June could you go grab some pain killers and ice?" He asked and she went to go find it. Kurt knelt down in front of her stroking her hair gently.

Keda smiled looking at him. "Okay... If that's what he'd like." She teased moving to kiss him gently wrapping her arms around his neck.

Katherine closed her eyes again when he picked her up. Resting her unbruised cheek against his chest with a slight whimper from the pain. Feeling him lay her on the couch she curled back into a ball. Still shaking. Another tear going down her cheek. Resting her unbruised cheek against the coach. Beginning to calm down a bit when he stroked her hair. Slowly opening her eyes a little to look at him. Trying to smile at him but only cringed in pain when she tried. A soft whimper when her cheek throbbed with pain from her trying to smile at him.

Will chuckled kissing her for a bit before pulling away. "I thought we were sleeping he joked. Wrapping an arm around her and walking towards the room. Still tired. He had no clue why he was so tired.
