Ash nodded, trying to push against Bandit, but the stallion refused. The horse was blocking the heat from the fire and a cold wind blew into the cave.

It was getting colder as the fire died out and Raven started to shiver feeling the harsh cold against her. Though she was in a sweater it was quite thin so it barely did anything.

Ash didn't have a jacket he could give her and he felt bad for her. Bandit noticed and tried to nudge him forward but Ash resisted. He couldn't let himself fall in love. Love was every human's weakness, and he kept telling himself that it was nothing.

( So when they cuddle.. should I make Raven practically flirt with him without saying a single word? Well.. not internally. )


"H-how di--did it e-e-even storm? " Raven asked thru chattering teeth, she was trying not to let that happen but she was freezing already. She cursed herself for being so horribly small even if it hadn't been her fault. She should of wore a thicker sweater.

(xD Yeah and Ash tries to ignore them but he can't)

"Freak snowstorm," he replied. "Happens every once in a while. In the middle of summer, a snowstorm just comes up because the air above is colder even though heat is supposed to rise." He was so tempted to just take her into his arms, but she already had Sawyer. She didn't need him, and he didn't need her.

" Really? Great.. just amazing.. " Raven said sarcastically, the look in her eyes remaining playful. She wished she could get the fire to become stronger but as this rate it would burn out before the sun even set. That worried her, she was afraid of complete darkness. Bad memories and all that. Even on the camping trip she fell asleep when the fire was still burning never when it went out. Soon, she shivered again. She wished she had just stayed home.

(Ash is going to find that out soon, huh?)

Ash seemed to appear out of nowhere behind her, pulling her close. His breath was warm on her neck, and his sturdy frame radiated heat. "Cold?" He asked, even though he already knew the answer. He made sure just to hold her, to not do anything else. After all, she just thanked him for not taking it any farther. Bandit watched with a satisfied whinny

Raven grinned a little, enjoying his warmth. " Very.. " She said as she leaned back into him while slightly cuddling him unintentionally, shivering a little as she felt his breath on her neck. " Thank you. " she said now holding his arms slightly very clearly enjoying this.

Ash was almost glad that he hadn't brought a jacket. Almost. Ash chuckled and said, "Sawyer is going to want to kill me for this," he said, tightening his grip on her almost protectively. Ash made sure to keep his silver eyes on the whiteout, waiting for it to die down.

Meanwhile, Sawyer and Piper were basically making out, totally, completely against Sawyer's will. Totally.

" Not if he doesn't know.. besides you are keeping me warm. " Raven said shifting so she was facing him, her chest now pressed against him as she slowly slid her arms in her shirt. " Soooo warm.. " She said with a smile, cuddling into him even more. She really liked being warm.
