"I don't know how to crush them, but I could try." (And here's the hard part, thinking of animal to transform into, and what else to do if I can't transform.)

Hexic thought for a moment, and then remembered; he had a sword. He always had his sword. He just forgot about it because he never used it anymore. He reached for it. It was a pretty strong type of metal that was found only on his planet. That had been blown up. He didn't know what it was called, but he new they used to use it to crush small rocks to use for healing.

He used the side of the sword to crush the rocks (or whatever they are), getting a few small cuts in the process. It didn't matter to him though. He was never the one to get hurt, so he didn't lose as much blood normally.

Basil

"I think it's just me...I have an idea, let's find out if he's watching us. I'll walk to the back to 'check on food' or something, and if he follows, then we'll know. "


Traqil

"Ah, yes. Our planet abounds in all sorts of minerals. I wouldn't be surprised if some of your supply came from my planet." Traqil turned his attention back to Zeth, who was almost finished.

Zeth

"Alright, I got everything in order. 'Bone Uppity'...Thats not right...Whatever, enjoy!

Several gems were arranged in a lovely small pattern, the rest looked somewhat like Bruschetta, but with gemstones.

"Hey, you okay? Does your healing work on you?" she asked Hexic, ready to go find some bandages if nessesary.

She nodded. She relaxed the grip on her dagger and hid it again. "Go ahead." She whispered. "Hmm, that food's been taking a while. Why don't you go check on it?" She said a bit louder.

"Not as much. It drains much more of my energy and still doesn't heal all the way, no matter how hard I try. It's the same for everyone on my planet. Or, my former planet. But these cuts aren't very big, they'll be fine."

Scias
He wasted no time at scurrying over and scrambling up onto the counter, latching onto a few pieces of it and pulling them out onto the counter with some effort, nibbling happily on them. It was a rare show of appreciation and happiness from him as he looked up to Zeth with twitching whiskers and cheeks full of gemstone.

Basil

She nodded, leaving to the back to 'check on' food. The man didn't move, but a dish could be heard shattering. Basil didn't return from the kitchen, but she could vaguely be heard yelling.


Zethrin

"As long as you think you will be alright."

Her gaze shifted to Scias, his face stuffed with gems. She couldn't help but but out laughing. "Glad you like it." She said between giggles. She hadn't fixed herself any, intending to snag some from the boys. Zeth snatched a small gem off of Scias' plate and smirked at him, crunching on the small jewel.


Traqil

He himself was basically face first in the food. It was one of his personal favorites. His expression was that of gratefulness and delight. Sometimes he might remind Zeth of a puppy.

Scias
He sparked in retaliation, muttering profanities at her through a mouth of molten gemstone.

She reacted quickly, and grabbed her dagger. Please don't let it be too late. She ran to the back.

(Guys... I just realized... I have no idea what Hexic eats! I'm pretty sure it's not jewels though.)

(pfft, beats me)

Zeth

She snagged yet another jewel from his pate and stuck her tongue out at him. "Not much good trying to stop me while you are a rat," She teased.


Basil

She was being dragged off by a man, a second coming at Corasi, and he didn't look friendly.

"Run!" Basil shouted, before being gagged.


Traqil

"I see you don't like gemstones. Perhaps an alternative?" He asked Hexic kindly, opening several cabinets.
