"I'll go ask now." Luna went over to her father and explained the situation.
"Alright she can come with us." Wildfire agreed.


Ember sniffed around smelling wolves.

Electra was grazing with Bailey

Scout smelled the wolves, too, but refused to believe it

Wildfire saw Electra and just watched the herd.

Ember searched in ever widing ciricles.

Electra went searching for a different food other than grass. Like hay or oats

Scout continued searching with Ember

There weren't many wild oats left where they lived.

Ember searched until she found what she was looking for.

Electra refused to eat any more grass

Scout was still searching

Ember searched until she couldn't.


"There isn't much else unless we come across and orchard so if you are not happy with it tuff luck." Luna explained.

Electra sighed through her nose, a little disappointed. "Alright..."

Scout found his moms body and was silent as he stood over her

"Sorry but it's the truth."


Ember walked over to Scout, "I'm sorry."

Electra nodded. "I believe you." She actually started to consider going back to her two legs

Scout didn't hear her. He was lost in his own world. He nudged his mom with his muzzle, trying to wake her up. She was an old mare anyway.
