Jora wasn't expecting a shove from Orion.... again. She almost fell.... again. She caught herself..... Again! I got to start being more aware! She thought laughing to herself. She saw that after he shoved her Orion had run ahead. She figure he was probably trying to not get shoved back by her. She grinned a little and ran after him. She kept tripping up a little because of her skirt that hung to the floor. She heard a small rip. Dang it! If I knew I would be running so much today I would have worn my pants! She quickly grew out of breath before catching up to Orion. "Orion! Wait up....." She panted a little to catch her breath, "I can't run that fast, especially in a skirt!" She hoped he wasn't to far away to hear her.

A'ine was glad someone guessed it but she didn't want anyone to get how much it hurt her. "More like pulling him out from his own shadow. He never quite got that he was great and that the shadow he lived under was his own." A'ine sighed at the thought that at first glance of their behavior A'ine seemed like the older of the two. "It wasn't always hard. I was better at one thing then he was.... beating the coral out of jerks!" She noticed Ember lean against the wall, "You okay?"

(Totally fine with me! I bet Oceanna would love it! Haha, it's our plan, not prank. Pfft, what are you talking about? XD I'll reply to your replies in the morning, Jade. I never get a thing called sleep.)

Orion hears Jora yell for him to wait up. He spots a corridor next to him, and judging by what he's seen so far it will join up with the corridor they were in eventually. Orion grins and sprints down the corridor, heading back the way they had come. He finds a bigger corridor and turns. He sees Jora standing with her back to him in the corridor. He sneaks up behind her and says, "Are you sure breakfast is this way?" This is really fun! It's nice to just fool around for a bit. He pants, trying to catch his breath.


Ember nods, "I don't like crowds." she says, and then turns the conversation back to A'ine. "So you helped him get self-esteem?' She asked. I sure could use some of that., she thought bitterly. She walked, her shoulder still brushing against the wall. I wish I could voice my thoughts. Everyone here seems so chatty and confident. Am I the only one who prefers their own company? Not that talking to A'ine is all that bad. She's nice, and doesn't pry. Then Ember realized that when she had been diverting the conversation from her, she had forced A'ine to talk, probabably about stuff that upset her too. She stopped walking, and glanced at A'ine sideways.

Jora turns around at Orion's voice and swats him lightly on the arm. "Yes, I'm sure it's this way." She said pointing down the corridor she'd been walking down. "But you turned the wrong way after this hall." She looked at him and noticed he was enjoying himself immensely. I wounder way he's enjoying this so much. Maybe he had a rotten childhood, too..... She stopped thinking about it..... For the moment. She smiled at him. "You're really something, you know that, right? First you stop a total stranger from crying alone, then you chase after that person when they run off, and then, to top it off, you instantly treat that person like they're completely normal. If only there was at least one person like you at the villages I lived at....." She didn't finish the thought, she actually hadn't realized she said it out loud but she didn't care. Her cheeks reddened a little, If Orion says anything about my cheeks I'll just chalk it up to exercise.

A'ine chuckled a little "Yeah, I guess that's what you could call it. He's still a big baby but he's getting better about it all the time." A'ine thought for a bit. She felt like she was bragging or something like it. "Did that sound too braggy?" She asked Ember absentmindedly. I bet Ember needs a real friend.

Orion blushed at the sudden compliment, "Well, I don't really think I'm as great as you make me out to be, thank you though. Besides, you didn't keep running away embarrassed when I found you crying. I mean, after the first time you didn't. I half-expected you to.No one's ever complimented me like that before. My dad and 'friends' thought that I was too nice. Drawing wasn't exactly the best skill to have according to them. Of course, my sister was too tough. That's one thing we have in similar. People wanting us to be someone we aren't. I guess you just can't please a crowd like that huh?" Orion says. She seems similar. Even if I wasn't teased that badly, I guess that is something we have in common.

"Not at all." Ember said, glad to see she didn't seem to mind talking about herself, instead of asking her things. I think I could get used to this. Just having a normal, friendly conversation.
