Sonic tilted an ear. "Okay, I'm ready for you to brush off this question, but what's eatin' ya?"

Zero frowned in concentration. "...Why would she just hand it over to me, then?"

"We're gonna hunt down Void..." Rookie said, sheepishly.

Nox looks at Zero then grabs the crystal and throws the crystal as far as possible, "Fool that thing coul trap you in it!"

Night looks at Sonic, "I thought for sure Damon had told you."

"I'm coming with,'' Tails speaks.

Zero merely twitched an ear, then went to retrive it. "...If that happens, so be it. One glowing rock is as dangerous as another. Besides, neither of us are able to activate it."

"I wanna hear what you have to say." Sonic replied simply.

Rookie waved his tail. "That'd be great!"

Tails nods once and starts his plane, "I'll be over soon."


"What's it matter to you," Night defensivly asked.


"Still it's dangerous," Nox reasons.

"Because you arn't alone here, okay?" Sonic responded.

"I can name at least three other things about this entire situation that's dangerous." Zero said dryly.

"Go ahead,'' Nox speaks.

Night huffs.


"No problem,'' Tails responds.

"Let's see. We betrayed Void and are probably near the top of her list of people she needs dead. We're using artifical Phantom Rubies that are rigged to explode. Neither of us are sure if the other plans to take advantage of them. The echidna is likely holding a grudge for the inccident with the Master Emerald. Shall I continue?" Zero retorted.

Sonic tilted his head. "You don't believe me?"

"I'm a soloist Sonic," Night warns.


"Point taken," Nox agrees.

Zero flicked his tail, appearently satisfied. "Hm."

"Well, then you're lucky I'm not." Sonic offered a smirk, then got back to the point. "Seriously. Can you tell me what happened?"

"Why so you can mock me," Night growls.


Nox looks around.
