leaf smelled one of his clan mates sent
''scourge'' he said out loud

"Can we follow the scent?" Wolfstar asked.

''his sent is faint from the rain last sunrise some how the rain must have pushed his sent every were'' he gasped

"Is there anything else you can do?" Wolfstar asked.

Lillypaw looked at Snakefang's kits and thought of having her own. Would they survive? Would Leaf be taken away from her by his own clan? She sat down and watched the kits play.

''no...'' he mewed

one of the kits leeped on lilypaw and screamed

"Then........" Wolfstar turned away and stalked off. He wanted his kits home but no starclan was against it. He went back to camp.

Lillypaw pretended to be hurt.

leaf hated lying to his new leader but if they went there....

Wolfstar went back to his den. He laid down growling bitterly.

Lillypaw got up and left the den. She sighed and wished she had her sister back. She knew it might be hard but she wanted her back. She went to her own den and relaxed. She was knew more about hunting and she knew now a lot about fighting.

leaf watched petalfall stomp away
''giving up on finding his own kit'' she laughed
''what a leader''

Wolfstar fell asleep.

Lillypaw knew her father would hate himself for losing Deerpaw his own daughter. She knew Leaf was a warrior now but she wouldn't be a warrior anytime soon.
