Anybody else he asks gives the same sort of answer. Another also mentions the bruise again, so that pouka wasn't crazy apparently.

Other than that they don't really say anything of interest. Winter life is pretty mundane from the sound of it.

But, he's also only asking commoners. The royals probably do more. Or he could ask the guards, they're probably more interesting too.

The guard, a taller basilisk with a short tail and fur that sticks out of her armor, listens intently. She understands the arial language, though not as well as the prince.
