Jason grinned,fangs and all,for a moment.Just a moment,but then it faded as he heard the healer. "A bug.This Virus lady put a metal bug in him and sorta took over his "wiring"." He said,using two fingers for the word wiring.

The nurse shuddered, wiping her hands. She pulled up Ash's shirt, revealing a layer of gauze. The nurse sighed, bending over Ash, studying the cuts on his face, peeling away the gauze to see the stab wound that Jason had healed. "So, why in the name of all thats sacred do you want me to heal him? Not that I wont," she added, holding up her hand, "but whats to stop him from attacking you again? Or me, for that matter?"

Jason sighed,running a hand through his hair. "Sometimes you just have to trust,even in what you can't see or fully understand.Despite the strain on it,I'm putting as much trust as I can."

"Your friend is very lucky," she continued, crossing the room to take a porcelain jar off the shelf. "I dont know how he didnt die, but he is strong, to survive as long as he did. He mustve been in terrible pain." She returned to his side, shaking her head as she knelt beside him. "I can heal what is left of his surface wounds, but I dont know what I can do about the iron sickness. He must recover from that himself. It is better if he returns to Tir Na Nog after this. His body will throw off the sickness faster in his own land."

Jason sighed,pulling at his white tips,and kicked his own tail for nothing else. " I don't think that would be very safe for him,with all that's going on." He spoke softly,closing his eyes. He so just wanted to sleep,and just sleep for as long as possible but he knew he'd either not wake up or not be able to sleep at all.

"Then Im afraid he will be quite weak for a long, long time." She straightened and turned around, staring at them with her hands on her hips. "Now I need to work. Both of you, out. If youre tired, use the extra bed in the adjoining room, but dont disturb my other patient. The prince will be fine, but I cant be tripping over you every few seconds. Go on, now. Get."

He bopped his head in a thank you to her. "Yes ma'am.Thank you." He said,motioning for Puck.

Puck stood and followed Jason. Late that night, finally, the door creaked open and the nurse stepped out, bloodstained and weary-eyed, her hair in disarray.

Jason had found it more comfortable to hang by his tail in a tree,eyes closed and wing saround him like a bat. He was purring softly,trying to clear his mind and he almost had until he heard the door and his eyes opened quickly,reptilian and double colored.

"Hes fine," she said, knowing that they would ask. "Like I said before, hes still weak from the iron-sickness, but hes no longer in any danger. Though I must say--" and she glared at Jason fiercely, "--the boy almost snapped my wrist when I tried sewing his wounds shut. Wretched Unseelie, the only thing they know is violence."
