"So you don't think a mountain lion is real? How about a bear, huh? Oooh, or a wolf. Or a whole pack of wolves, searching for their next meal."

( I feel like she'd either feel bad, or laugh also xd Or both. )

Alister shook his head, " Those don't scare me, they are real, but they don't scare me. " He said with a small smile.

"Oh, really? Shall we go out looking for them, then, fearless knight?" She asked, folding her arms across her chest with a raised eyebrow.

" We could do that, or we could stay here, where it's warm, instead of rising our lives. " He replied.. he was trying to seem calm about it, and logical, but in truth he just was afraid of the creatures.. and the dark.

"That sounds like a plan to me," she murmured, pressing closer to him

Alister smiled a little bit, and though hesitantly he wrapped his arm around her, holding her close. He was glad she didn't insist on going away from the fire or something... he'd probably freak out if they did.

A bunch of nocturnal critters decided to come to check out the fire, anyway. He didn't have to move to see the wildlife. She placed her head on his chest. "What are you going to do if a centipede bites you?" She asked out of the blue

Alister started to freak out already by just seeing the creatures.. he didn't like this, not one bit. He couldn't help but to jump a little when Electra laid her head on his chest, but he tried to appear calm. " I'd pray that it isn't poisonous. " He said, trying to still seem calm.. he wasn't calm.

She kind of snickered at him. "What about a snake? I hear they like to stay warm, and we don't really have any bandages out here. Just saying."

" I think I'd be a little less frightened by a snake.. Mostly because I know that there is a good chance one won't get near us as they would be hunting right now.. And there is a good chance it's a constrictor and not venomous.. " He was fibbing... He was absolutely terrified of snakes.
