"Hello young one," A old Newfoundland dog mobian looks at him. They were at a beach with the tide calmly coming in, "I suppose you want to know why you're here? Yes in case you were wondering this is a dream world."

Kaladin blinked at the canine in puzzlement. "...I... Suppose so??"

"The easiest way to explain is by telling you a story. The turtle's loyalty is not a well know story anymore. One day there was a young lad playing by the water when he found a baby sea turtle that was being attacked by birds. He grabbed a stick and chased the birds away. The little sea turtle went into the ocean before speaking, 'I will never forget you or your kindness.' Many years later the young boy turned into a man and set sail to sea. It was his first time sailing out to deep water and he was a little frightened. Unfortunently the ship got caught in a storm and the ship sank. The boy managed to grab a hold of a piece of the wreckage and floated on the open sea for a few days before the turtle appeared. 'You saved me when I was young and now it's time for me to return the favor.' The turtle gently nudged the sailor off the wreckage and onto it's shell. The sailor was too weak to fight and just strong enough to hold on. The turtle helped him get back to shore. Since then every time the sailor went out to sea he brought his friend the sea turtle along.' The moral of the story I'll leave to you to decide." At that a sea turtle made it's way over to the old sailor, "But in my case and what I want you to take away from this is everyone needs an anchor and you are Selkie's anchor. I'm an old stormcaller, Kaladin and my time is drawing to a close as the guardian of water. Captain Waverider is the next guardian of water."

Kaladin tilted his head with a slight frown. "Guardian of water?"

The old sailor nodded, "Yes the one to balance out the Pearl of the Sea. The Guardian of Water has command over water and is even more powerful then any stormcaller who commands water."

"I... suppose that makes sense," Kaladin mumbled.

The old sailor frowns, "Any other questions for the time being?"

Kal shook his head slightly. "...You think I should've gone," He stated instead.
