"We are the same side hedgehog. I have stalking this group for thirty years trying to bring them down," Damon proceeded to chew out Sonic and Ruby.

Sonic, not impressed by the chase, tackled Damon to the floor. "Then why rob a museum, Mr. Conspiricay Theroist?"

Damon shoved his badge into Sonic's face, "I did not I am a Pinkertin detective Mr.Hedgehog and I could easily put you under arrest for obstruction of justice, asaulting an officer, and for destroying property." His voice was low and cold, "and your friend too plus some charges."

"And the smoke ball from earlier?" Sonic asked, raising a brow and backing off.

"I am undercover," Damon growls.

"Still uncalled for." Sonic muttered with a 'hmph'.

"They were watching and it has no ill effects; it was the smoke bomb or a knife take your pick," Damon says.

"How about neither?" Sonic suggested. "You know, whatever. How's about telling us why you ended up here?"

"Like I said I am a Pinkerton agent that has been tracking this gang because of the amount of what they stole," Damon picks up a perfect copy of the Scream, "they replace them with fakes and strip the muesum bare. If this keeps going the muesums are going to be full of forgeries."

"Yeah. Ol' Max is findin' that out. Which is why I came here; to find ya." Sonic commented. "We have Night on the case, and he asked me to get you. I tried telling you earlier, but... knock out gas."
