Everyone jumped away, and Fang quickly used Ice Beam on Magcargo, freezing him in a block of ice and freezing his skin.

Interestingly, the Macargo had melted the ice so that he could move around, but was unable to emerge from the slick substance itself. It was as if he was in a frozen box.
