The castle is winding- they're probably in the main spire. The layout is a little hard to navigate, and the halls all look similar. The only difference is the tapestries, and those aren't always easy to notice.

Eventually he manages to end up in a large room. It looks kinda like a ballroom, but it's empty right now. There's four massive thrones in the furthest end, with the two pairs each marked with a symbol.

(They won't really question it. Arials have all sorts of funky tech, and with him having Good Boi Prince's approval theyll at least try not to be rude to him. Some will probably still be a little wary but not to the point of rudeness.)
