(Gotta get our villain introduced~~ They have a minion so just make up something/someone who's a small, not very strong magical creature like a satyr or nymph or something)
Unbeknownst to the dragons, they're being watched. Down at the bottom of the mountain is a small, wiry figure, a pair of glowing amber eyes silently watching them. Its three tails begin weaving agitatedly, and it growls a little.
