Arno had been coming back to the front when he saw the paint and the Hearst kids, he ran at one of them (Blue?) and leaped at their legs.

Blue shrieked and jumped as the boy leaped at her legs. She fell to the ground and the balloons flew out of her hands and onto the ground, hitting no one. She mumbled something angrily.
