But what should the reason be for her to be transferred?
I'm thinking that it could be that her old school realized her quirk is too dangerous for them to handle, and they have no way of controlling it when it gets out of hand, maybe they figured it out after someone did something and she hurt pretty badly as a result. ( She didn't mean to hurt them though)
( this would make Bakugou even more suspicious of her)

I am imagining it in my head now.
He almost dies, gets saved by a stranger who disappears. Then he sees them aging in his class as a student who got transferred because their school couldn't handle their quirk. On top of that, they have a record have sending people to the hospital.

the funny thing is, she is going to seem completely and utterly harmless. Shy as well.
People are going to have to do a double take.
( thought, what if class 1A gets told she is coming, warned about her quirk, but she doesn't come until later in the day. Better yet, they see her sitting outside of the classroom before they enter, and they see this shy person who barely mutters a hello to them?)
