That Griffi isn't a themed pet. One parent is an Imperial Peacock PB and the other is a Majestic Peacock PB, so it's not a Purebred Theme, but rather an unthemed hybrid.
If you're looking for themed pets, I'd suggest using the Advanced Search
If you need more gold, I'd suggest checking the guide to making gold and the guide to mission pets and missions
Additionally, Springfest is set to start in just over a week, and you'll be able to try to catch or make themes then.
