So if you click on the pet which I'll link HERE there should be a green button that says view prices. Click that and then click purchase. I've set this pet to your ID so only you can buy it since you're interested. And I've even lowered price to 10g since you're new. As long as a pet is set for sale that's all you have to do to buy one! Hope that explains it!
