When I went to the Seasonal Festival I can't find a place called the Lost Grove.

The Lost Grove is in the third map section of the game, it's not a festival zone. You have to finish the first section called "Viridian Meadows" and the second section called "Umbra Forest".
After you finish both those sections and the areas in them, you'll unlock "Astryl's Vale". After you've finished the areas "Sweet Blossom Orchard" and "Astryl's Tranquillity" in that section, the Lost Grove will be unlocked.
