Flute I think I knew that but the issue is that my pets only need one to fill their hunger and they are eating too much lol

P.S. Yes Pet B is a selfish jerk yt only because pet A decided that he couldn't wait until the otbers were full he needed one feed :P

i knew thats how it worked but i didn't realize it worked to THAT degree (if that makes sense) i suspect thats indeed whats going on as it's ALWAYS the tab 5 pets that gets the crossed out drumstick.

What i suspect has happened is i got caught in a loop(due to having a strange bouncy-obessive-to-the-point-of-ignoring-things or i-don't-care-you-exist way of playing all games) where i'd top off my stable feed and each night it would be just enough for the first few pets and thus like you said the last would go hungry...

but that kinda begs the question why it didn't eventually feed the last few as 300(food units) dvided by 15(hunger units) equals 20 pets....so at one point i should have fed all my pets and not had to worry for 3 days as everyone would be full and only take 1 food unit...which never happened.

it might just be me being more absentminded then usual,if so then sorry for the hassle, if not then i've got some REALLY greedy mission pets in my first tab...

Well, I guess it depends on what degree each pet is hungry xD

say you have a stable of 5 tabs full of pets. that's 125 pets.
each pet has the capacity of 14 units to be hungry. that's 1750 units of possible hungry!

if each pet is full, then every midnight, each pet goes down one point of hungry. to feed em, you take minus 125 of feed. (which is like a third of 300 food units, exceptional feed)

If all pets are hungrier, they take more, so every night, there can be a degree where they'll eat more than 125 food units. (take for example the pet ABC thing, if they were all full, they'd only eat 3 units per night. but as it stood, pet A would've eaten 1, pet B would've eaten 13, and pet C would've eaten 14, so in total, the entire set needs 28 feed to be full, not just 10)

Say you had a 5-tab stable full of malnourished pets.
If their capacities were 0/14, then you'd need to feed the entire stable 1750 food units to make em full.
In this case, 300 food units would only be eaten by the first tab. (one tab of 25 hungry pets eats 350 food units to be full)
So...you'd have 4 tabs of hungry pets. :c but the first tab would have 100% full pets.

I guess it's important to keep in mind that
-all pets eat in order
-each pet will eat to get full
-each pet has a capacity of 14 hunger units to fill

i'm trying SO hard to understand but i think i have it SO wrong....

basically what i'm hearing is at a certain point it's better to use your tabs for arranging your pets and NOT fill up your entire stable(instead get a new stable) as by filling it up it's actually impossible to feed your pets entirely each day? (and thus you'll always have at least one hungry pet?) i'm horrible at understanding long explanations i'm sorry. i'm a 1+1=2 not 2+2=6 because-you-missed-a-2 type of person...

No, if you have no malnourished pets and if all your pets are fully fed everyday you will be able to feed your pets fully :P

Mathematically, if you buy exceptional feed every day and max out your food units - eventually - your pets will be able to feed for 3 entire days before you have to restock the food if your stable is completely full.

Exactly 125 units were consumed for 125 pets. Looks like it's working as intended.
