Here is the dragon without the fancy-ness:
-Bio of character (optional): *digs up profile on FR*
He is sorta Starscream-ish in personality (Blunt, deadpan snarker, among other things) but not evil. He is also a bit of a mad scientist.
-Background: Darker color? Black or dark blue/purple?
-Pose: Don't really care. Any pose you want :)
Anything else you want to add?: I would prefer with the clothes.
Questions?: Are the clothes too complicated? If so, I can try and uncomplicate the design a little.

I would be more than happy to draw her for you! I think I can work with the clothes, they don't look too bad.
One question though, what sort of expression might this pretty lady have? I should really add expression to the form...

I forgot to mention he's genderfaun (genderfluidity that never encompasses feminine, think genderfluid but leaning male, kinda...)
Expression-wise, he might be smirking or looking angry (but not yelling). Either one you want to do :)

But, usually Vutha doesn't fly, he glides. But I can see this as an emergency situation or he's using his wings mid-jump as a parachute! So all is good!
