If we all just take a moment to say thank you or ask them how their day has been in chat or on forums I think that's the best thing we can do. Creating an Admin day could actually put more work on them. I say we celebrate them every day by playing the site.

I agree, I would not want to put pressure on our Admins to give us another day, that is for them. They would have to do a lot of work for that, and then it would not really feel like a day for them. I think as Kath said as long as we continue to chat and thank and even every now and then surprise them that is the best thing we can do for them, to show our appreciation for what they do.
