Personality: kinda mean and cold but can be fun and loving once she likes you.
Backstory: (her age at the time is 4) Her dad was abusive and a drunk and Hazel was unwanted. Her mom wouldn't stand up to her dad because she was scared, so she cheated on him. Dad found out and was mad so he tryed to kill mom but Hazel stood up for mom by using her powers. Dad ran off for a couple years before eventully dieing in a car reck from drunk driving. 4 years after her dads death(keep in mind shes ten now) she gets a letter in the mail from a 6 year old girl who claims to be her sister and that she has the power of manipulating fire. She also claims that thier dad had powers to, ones of dark magic just like Hazels. Hazel wants to forget about the letter so she throws it away and doesnt think about it for 5 more years, in this time she spends using her powers to stop bad peolpe but also isnt really into the whole let them live rule all the time. After those five years the sister shows up at her door step. She looks alot like hazel except for her eye and skin color. The sister tells her that her mom is a very mentally unstable person and that she ran away so she could find hazel. Hazel gives in and asks her mom if she can stay and her mom says yes. Now a year later, presant day shes about to meet the teen titans.
Flaws: has a wee bit of anger issues and has killed people

Backstory: When she was two her father died in a car wreck so she never really new him. Her mom was never around except when she was sleeping and eating because her mom wanted to party and make a living as a prostitute. Although her mom did find out about her daughters powers she told her not to use them and that her dad had and it caused his death but they blamed it on a car accident. Her mother also informed her that her father had another daughter. So she found out where her sister lived and mailed her a letter which she assumed got lost in the mail since she never got a reply. Her mom got worse over the years and so five years later she finally ran away to live with her sister. She has lived there for a year now.
