She nodded. "Okay. Follow me. The caves 45 degrees north and the cave is behind this horse shaped rock." She said. It felt weird seeing another life form after all those weeks of searching. She had matches in her pockets. Just in case. She started walking and motioned for the girl to follow.

"Ok. I'm coming." Violetina said. "By the way, my name's Violetina. What's yours??" she said, keeping close behind the girl, so that just in case she decided to do something unexpected, she could easily land a punch or kick that could knock her unconcious.

"Christina Markez. Or you can call me Mark or Chris." She replied. She quickly moved yo the left. "You're sneaky." She replied. She was almost certain that girl would punch her when she trailed behind her. She reached a rock oddly shaped like a horse's head. "Here we are." She said quietly. She slipped into the cave entrance and lighted a match. "Crystal? There you are, girl. I've brought a visitor." She said soothingly.

"Lol. I know I am. It's a habit." Violetina said, moving from behind Chris to her side. "Wow. Your horse is a beauty. What breed is she??"

"Egyptian Arb." She answered. She smiles at the round belly where the foal was. "Hopefully it's a filly." She said. "Can I see your horse?" She asked. "You saw mine." She told Violet. "Can I call you Violet?" She peeked out the cave entrance. Nothing in sight. "Let's go."

"Violet's fine by me. And yes I'll show you my horse. I DID make a promise." she said. She walked out of the cave, Chris trailing close behind her. "Don't get any ideas back there Chris." she said, smiling. They walked through the dry grass of the plains, until they reached the cave behind the huge rock. She walked behind it into the cave and cooed, "Peppermint..... Get up baby...." Peppermint heaved up from the floor at the sound of Violetina's voice. "Hey girl!!" she said, walking over to Peppermint and giving her a big hug around the neck. Peppermint hugged her back, and Violetina said to Chris, "See! Isn't she so beautiful!! She's due next month."

"The only thing I'd ever do is set something on fire." She giggled. Besides me doing Martial Arts? She half asked herself. "My mom was a horse vet." She told Violet. "So I know medical things." She said. "Since our mares are both due next month, we could watch each other's backs, unless you want to be killed by a Demon Horse."

"????????? Now you're confusing me! She's a clydesdale by the way. Born to famous clydesdales. Hoping her foal will be a filly with golden and white fur. I would like some help next month though. When she's ready to foal. Yeah. That would be great." she said, happily daydreaming the day to come when her foal would be born.
