"I don't need to explain myself to the likes of you. Now go home." She snapped. "Why do you care anyway Oh and your welcome...for ya know...SAVING YOUR ASSES!" She yelled. She turned to leave shaking her head, then suddenly she had an idea. "If you can prove to me you can do this, then you may join, until then, go home. I warned you before, this is not a walk in the park. I will be around here most days, so if you really want to join the resistance, I suggest you start brain storming." She walked off towards an old staircase attached to a building, and climbed up it with ease. With one last look down at the people from her high perch, she walked away.

Luca took out a pretty long dagger hidden in a long bag. "Hey what, the agents needs some defense." She said. "I knew that wouldn't work, thanks to her." Pointing to Chris who was fumbling through the pages of the book. "I'll be back tomorrow." She said and ran off leaving Chris and the others.
"She's weird." Muttered Jonothan.

"I can't believe this. My first opportunity to...ARGHHH!" she chucked a brick on the floor and it smashed into pieces. "why? Why?" she looked over the side of the building to see the same people, bar one. "idiots." she muttered. "OI! GET YOUR BUTTS OUTA THERE! YOU'RE GONNA BECOME APPETISERS! She motioned for them to to follow her and they did, gladly. They reached where Harmony was and looked around. "look. I want you to join, but really you need to learn how to fight...don't look at me like that, this is the safest place to be, you can see everything."

Chris sighed. "I gotta admit that I'm not a fighter. I'm into strategy and stealth. And my friend Luca..." She trailed off. She put the tiny book in a big pocket and took out a rubric cube. You know those kids who do "Rubric Cube in 60 Seconds"? She did it in 30.
Luca grinded her teeth. "I didn't take that crash course for fun!" She muttered and recurrently tucked the dagger away in a sheath.

"To be honest, i was being a bit of a jerk. I expected everyone to be as good as me. So, I've decided that i don't care what skill you have. Welcome to the resistance! I will help you in any way i can, to get things back to the way they used to be." They smiled weakly. "Ok, i know I've said it loads now, but really there is no going back...and thinking about it, i was just the same as you when this all started. The vamps took my family, so i will not rest until humanity is restored...yes that sounds weird and very deep, but geez don't look at me like that!" She chuckled and it made the others laugh. "You're allowed to laugh, I'm not a monster. We have to make things fun or you'll lose your sanity!"

She sure changes her mind a lot. Thought Chris. The Rubric cube was back in her pocket again. She took out her book again. "Well, okay." She told the girl. "Introductions?" She asked. She fidgeted. She thrust the book back in and decided to pull out some papers she found in her parents' closet that fateful day.

"Well, my name is Harmony and I set up the resistance..." She scratched the back of her hea awkwardly. "And you are..?"

"That's Luca and I'm Chris. That boy over there is John, I'm just using my nickname for him. And okay, you're Harmony. The bacterial giagonus of matetijful is 1/1000000."

Harmony looked at her utterly flabbergasted. "Wha...? I did not understand a word you just said. Anyway, we have a bit of a situation. There is a group of newborns on their way up like right now. Don't make a big fuss and run around screaming, keep calm. If you make a fuss then you'll draw attention to yourself and get killed. Now first thing's first." She quickly handed out weapons, daggers and longswords. "Make the kill clean and quick. Imagine holding a paint brush and painting a line across the canvas, with the sword/dagger. Cut the head clean off and run. Ready?" They shook their heads panicked. "Excellent. This should be fun. She turned around to face the group of red-eyed, long-fanged newborns. "Hi. My name's Harmony, and we're the people who are gonna kick your assed to oblivion."

Jonothan stood up. "Swords? Daggers? I'll do it." He grinned.

Luca took out her dagger again. "Alright." She said calmly. She did a practice thrust.

Chris didn't pay attention much. She was studying the papers. "Uh what? Yeah...asses?" She muttered distracted.
