Im sorry to regretfully say this, but I cannot accept your character. My reasons being; You missed something in your Other, I need more description for the personality, and if you may, can you please describe your character instead of using a sylesti, lastly I was looking for more detail in the personality, and maybe a bit less of a evil-aligned character, please?
