Not at all. Sorry. Because puffs are not Fabled and are so very easily mass bred (especially now), I would not value any puff over 50k, and that would be for a 6 visible. If 60k is your desired range than I will have to decline. I don't think I'd personally pay more than 10-15k for a 1vis, 15k being if it were tested and had carries. :\
This is all completely my own opinion, btw.
