I believe it is 23 I am now doubting that I have all of them... Let me edit this in a second
Edit: Yes I do have all of them, I will ask you a favor, I accidentally pit together two balloons and I am on a tablet so I can't separate them so could you send one back to me? Either way I have all 23 so how much were you thinking per?
