Since you pinged me with just a 'yes', I will take it that you do mean "how to add links/image links"- you do this using the buttons along the top of a post
the "URL", "IMG", "URL=", and "IMG=" ones
"URL" is just a direct link like this https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=88069
(tags look like [*url][/url*] (without the *s))
"IMG" is just an image, no link
(tags look like [*img][/img*] (without the *s))
"URL=" is text link like this is
(tags look like [*url=][/url*] (without the *s)- [*url=url of page you want link to go to] text you want to be the link [/*url])
"IMG=" is a clickable image link to a location
(tags look like [*img=][/img*] (without the *s)- [*img=url of page you want link to go to] image url [/*img])
