Karashi looked around, not really looking to do anything. She sat down in a corner and started playing with a small string in cat form, she was half cat.

I could sense the figure but didnt make any sudden movement's, I looked around trying to spot the figure but my eyes remained searching for someone. I growled and started walking against the crowd to get to a certain place. I sighed "oh goddess give me patience to deal with these people" I muttered to myself.

Iris decided to go near the streams to meet aquatic creatures and maybe swim as her animal form. As she walked she grew more fearful of the tall figure.

Aeron had remained at the outskirts of the festival with wary eyes. He wasn't sure exactly why he had come, believing little in this goddess this land seemed devoted to. Still, the festival itself seemed interesting, even more so as he spotted another individual that seemed to be lurking on the outskirts, eyeing people with a particular strangeness. Out of curiosity, he approached.

Aste was obvious to any such hooded figure, in the middle of a performance in the middle of the festival. She had expected to be paid quite well for her efforts, units, fish, or otherwise. She sure wasn't going to halt anything anytime soon, that goddess owed her enough already.

I sighed at the pathetic hope that these people held that the goddess would show up. If ones own parents would cast out their child why would a goddess care about those lesser than her? I walk through the masses of people over to where tables were set up to sit and eat at. I pull out a chair and sit down to watch the crowds. 'I don't know why I even came. I have no reason to be here and I have nothing to celebrate.' I feel a set of eyes watching me as I survey the crowds. I jerk around to see who is watching and all I see is a strange figure. I decide to just ignore them and maybe they will stop.

As I walk into the crowds the first thing that hits me is how many people there are. Its amazing! So many people of different species there to celebrate together. I take a deep breath to take in all the many different smells. The food smells amazing. As I move through the crowd I notice that everyone is starting to slow down. I then feel the burning presence of eyes on me. I turn to look for the source but to no avail as I can't seem to see through the crowd. I decide to move off to the edge so I can better look and just enjoy the sights and sounds. I finally notice who it is, a strange and very tall hooded figure that seems to be coming closer.

(Migraines are the worst. I literally can't look at any device unless of the brightness is already down, the curtains are closed, the lights are off, and my glasses are off.)

She sat down by the water. She breathed deeply, the anxiety she previously had dissipating. She still felt like the hooded figure was watching, but didn't care as much as she did before. Even if they tried to talk to me, I would freeze up. Like I always do.

Iris was by the water worried about the hooded figure. She looked at the creatures in the water and then turned her head to the direction of the figure

People began to run from the temple. It seemed wild, sudden, almost surreal. Priests were shouting "Success!" Others were running for their lives. While others ran, you seemed drawn to the temple. The hooded figure had disappeared at this point...but where to.

She ran back to the temple, her curiosity getting the better of her. The presence of the hooded figure disappearing, the priests yelling "Success!" She needed to know what was happening. Dang my stupid curiosity. I'm going to get myself killed!
