Ian made his way off the bus, Shawn already at school, just getting through the doors

Brooklyn and Hazel were the last ones off the bus.
They walked into the school and Hazel gave her a quick tour. (to refresh her memory)
The bell rang then they walked to the homeroom class.

Ian and Shawn had met each other and began to talk, a couple of people staring at the new kid

Brook and Hazel walked into the homeroom class.
They sat next to each other in the back where there were open seats.

They started talking about the classes they signed up for this year.

Both boys watched the girls come in, and Shawn explained who they were to Ian

"I hope I get Zoology class! It'll be fun!"
"Hazel. you don't like science."
"True... But~ Animals are cool~ and they are adorable!"
Brook sighed with a smile as Hazel smiled with excitement.

Shawn had to tell Ian to stop staring. "It's not polite," he pointed out.
"Yeah, well, I'm not very polite. Just saying."
"I realized that," he muttered with a roll of his eyes

Brook looked at the corner of her eyes and saw the boys staring at them, she looked back in front of her, at Hazel.

"So what class do you want? Art? Right?"

Brook nodded. She really did hope that would happen.

Before Shawn could stop him, Ian got up and went to introduce himself

Hazel noticed Ian walking up to them.
"Oh hi new kid." She waved at Ian with a smile.
