Description or short fanmade story: The Ryori are fabled creatures who come in the fall. This year they appeared in the spring, and the people of sylestia found that they could change their markings with the seasons. That became the beginning of using Ryori to mark the seasons in Sylestia. This spring when the Ryori came, they were adorned in petals and leaves. The people of Sylestia celebrated the coming of spring and threw a festival which the Ryori attended.

Description or short fanmade story:
These Spring Blossom Aeridini only come out after it rains, and are extremely rare. It is said that if one was to ever see a Spring Blossom Aeridini they would be granted with eternal good luck and bountiful crops. These creatures are incredibly kind, empathetic and are quiet intelligent.

The Angel and the Spring Blossom Aeridini

Now this is the story of Neema, a poor and abandoned girl that was granted a new chance at life.

Neema was abandoned, simply put. The people of her village viewed her as a monster and threw her out at the lowly age of four. Now you may be wondering why. Neema was not like the rest of her people, she was born with wings. Beautiful, angelic wings. Neema also grew faster than the rest of the children her age. She was only four years old at the time but was fitting in better with slightly older kids. The people, scared of Neema took her far from the village, to the south. Where monsters of untold horror lurked. The people believed that she would be taken by one of these beasts, and they were right. But not in a way that they could ever imagine.
Soon after leaving Neema, it began to rain. Neema was stuck. She didn't know the way home, she didn't know how to defend herself, she could barely even walk on her own. So Neema sat and cried, feeling absolutely helpless. After quiet some time, it stopped raining and the spring light shone through the receding rain clouds creating a rainbow. Neema after realizing she wasn't being soaked to the bone anymore looked up and noticed this. However she also noticed one other thing. There, right across from her was a gorgeous female Spring Blossom Aeridini.
"Hello there little one," she spoke softly, "why are you crying?"
"My momma left me!" She cried.
"Now, now little one, why don't you tell me your name? I can't just keep calling you little one." The Aeridini slowly floated over to the girl and wrapped herself around her to keep the poor thing warm.
"N-Neema." The girl managed to choke out with out completely breaking down.
"Well, Neema, you can call me Anah. Now why don't we go somewhere safe?" The Aeridini slowly led the toddler through the forest. Anah saw the whole ordeal when the village people left Neema in the woods. She heard what they had said about her. What they thought would be the fate of the girl. Anah couldn't believe how horrable the people were, and was determined to protect the vulnerable child.
Neema was amazed by Anah. She had only ever heard bedtime stories about the Spring Blossom Aeridinis, but now she was talking to one! As they wandered through the forest they came upon a lake surrounded by enormous trees and mountains. The sun was slowly setting and casted a pink and orange glow across the land and water making it look like liquid fire.
"Climb onto my back. My nest is atop this tree." Anah stooped lower so that Neema could climb on and secure herself before they slowly ascended through the trees. At the top of the tallest tree, ovelooking the lake reseted a large mossy nest. Anah setled herself into the nest before letting Neema off her back.
Neema was scared of heights but with Anah there she felt safe. Neema was becoming increasingly tired seeing as she missed her regular mid day nap and it was getting late. Neema layed down in the nest and curled up against Anah, who looked down fondly at the the girl, and wrapped herself around Neema and the pair fell asleep.

10 Year Timeskip

"Look mom!" Neema proudly called. "I'm flying!"
"Yes you are, now be careful." Anah called.
The two had grown an unbreakble bond and loved eachother like family. Neema grew up to be a beautiful young woman with long blonde hair and a pale complextion. Anah watched over her like a guardian angel, because that girl meant the world to her.

The two lived out their lives together and lived happily ever after.

Legend spread of the duo and even ages after their lifetimes there were stories being told of the two. Stories of the angel and the Spring Blossom Aeridini.
