Ah, I see.
Press and hold the apostrophe until more options come up. Then, select the one that is the furthest right (The one the is going straight down)

It's the same thing for both apostrophes and quotations, except you press different keys.

Nah, it's fine :)
It took me a loooong time to figure out why the apostrophes and quotations weren't working here on my iPad lol
