He nodded. He planned on asking Maya wether or not Mercedes had apologized, but he wasn't about to let her know that. He looked over his shoulder before shaking his head. He remembered that drama. He was positive that Mercedes still wasn't over it, either. He felt bad for Jack. If you were Mercedes boyfriend it's like you had to walk on eggshells, trying not to do anything that would set her off.

Mercedes smiled at him and pulled him closer as they waljed towards the school as classes would start soon. Meanwhile my had her locker that was putting her stuff in when a girl with strawberry blonde hair but up to her "hey may,guess what....spencer reed asked me out" she said and smiled softly at her " oh, Erica im happy" repiled maya and hugged the red head and they talked for awhile untill Mercedes and Casey walk past " may? How come you're not seeing anyone?" She mused and maya shrugged " I'm not sure, all I want is a sweet and caring guy, someone to cuddle up to play Minecraft with" she said and glaced at Mercedes moving out of her way and smiled at her friend

He let himself be pulled along. He was lost in his thoughts again, thinking about how many people Mercedes had dated and how they all didn't last. He figured this was just a phase for her, he never thought that she might be using him to get more popular

Marcades stopped and kissed his cheek "this is my class see you later" she said and walked into her history class Maya liked at casey and wondered if he was mean like casey and turned her attention to her friend and said goodbye as her friend walked towards her boyfriend and they made there way to their mathematics class while maya closed her locker and walked off

"See ya." He headed to his class to find that the girl that Mercedes was rude to earlier that day. He made sure to sit by her. He had plans to apologize for Mercedes because he had a sneaking suspicion that she wasn't going to apologize.

Maya meaned to make it to her class and politely greeted the teacher a middle aged man with dark chestnut brown hair and blue eyes with glasses and took a seat down ny the window and pulled out her text book and pencil case. Maya wasn't a gifted student but she didn't mind this particular class unknowm to her this was a class Casey semmed to really like

Casey really did like this class. It was one of the few that he actually paid attention to. Usually, he slept in his classes. Either that or he found something more interesting to do. Sometimes he zoned out for the whole class period unless something interrupted his focus. He already had his stuff on his desk, ready to listen to a lecture and take notes. His notebook was halfway full of scrawled notes, the other half full of doodles.

Maya glanced out the window and listened to the science teacher as he thought gemology in todays lesson and the lesson went well maya even had the confidence to raise her hand and answer a few questions "i believe the answer is emeralds sir" she said and smiled and tired up her hair revealing more of her face

"How did you know that?" He asked her in a low voice. Even he didn't know that it was emerald. He studied her face, his subconscious memorizing every single feature of his face. He leaned over his desk and towards hers, putting an elbow on her desk and resting his chin in his hand, waiting for her answer
