I can do anywhere from 100-200 diamonds for the two or just one (the halloween female mostly) if that is too low for both

Both. I haven't seen a Halloween go for more than 350k; I won't pay more than the equivalent of that, so 100 diamonds each. So if Ice is buying the one with Ethereal Armor, then 100 diamonds for the girl with Marbled.
