Forgive me as I'm still learning genetics, but if the brother and sister each have a baby separately, could the babies breed (I guess they'd be cousins)?

Actually I'm not sure if cousins are breedable or not as my breeding programs are all based on generated pairs. Check out the breeding discussion forum, there should be info there as to how closely related you can breed.
