I got it up late Monday but forgot to ping everybody. This is why I should not do things when extremely tired. Anywho the Roleplay is ready.

Name: Luna Rune (she says that her last name is Neko, and uses Rune as her hero name)
Gender: female
Species: Neko
Appearance: blue eyes, gray fur, one white paw and one black paw, she often wears jeans and a white shirt with a yin yang on it, but she wears a white dress for work
Power/ability: her black paw is covered in a kind of paint that can't be removed, anything it touches will get a black paw mark on it, she can give the paw marks commands to do, the paw marks will either mark a hard clear substance, or control the object, this works on living creatures but the creatures can fight it, her white paw can erase the mark. She also has descent speed. Her agility is very good and she can fit almost anywhere. If she brings her claws out, her paws can stick to anything, but it takes a while for her to relax enough for them to come back in and they rip her gloves up as well. She knows a decent amount about nerves
Occupation: health spa worker
Personality: she's kind and caring to friends, but shy to wards strangers, she trusts cats and asks them to call her Neko
Background: she was born with her weird paws, but didn't care. Things gat chaotic when she was cataloged by cat catches though. It made a lot more weary of the world. She decided to make her last name Neko to hint what she was.
Weakness: if she doesn't cover up her paws, the black one makes a paw mark on any and everything she touches, while the white paw will erase any color. Her black paw runs out of paint, and she has to sleep a lot restock it. Her sweet spot is her black paw around her paw pad

Name: Lightning
Species: Cainar
Occupation: was formally a cat catcher and had no secret identity, now is a racer and has trouble going so slow
Power: super speed ( faster than tigerstipes, slower than Sonic)
Weakness: can barely resist chasing something that moves fast and will chase it till he collapses
Other: is starting to do more good in the world

One for Rune
Name: Shade
Species: Cainar
Occupation: none, if he wants something he takes it. He is smart enough to hook up electrical devices
Power: he can go into the shadows, and take objects or people with him. He is the same color as Rune's paw prints so she can't place them on him
Weakness: spending most Tim in the shadows has made him partially blind, he can't see in bright light. He can't come out of the shadows in pitch dark rooms
Other: he targets Rune when he sees her, he can over power her easily, but is very careful not to let her black preprint toach anything at all
