Backstory(?):
he grew up with people who did drugs all the time. he was abused by the people around him and he never whent to school. he never had a home he lived in a dark ally and the only reason he was on the boat is because he snuck on before the boat departed. he pulled the middle finger at the police as the boat left.

he breaks his own bones just so he feels pain to remind himself he is still living . the cops were after him because he stole a loaf of bread because he hadn't eaten for a couple days.

Don't bother explaining his situation to him he will just expect to get hit. he has scars all over his back and his left leg has a nasty looking scar on it and he will steel food if you don't put it away properly. he is also quite tall for his age he looks about 20 when in reality he is only 15.

My only problem with him is his inability to feel pain.
There is only 1 condition I know that causes that, and most children who have it are monitored and must have regular appointments.
