Another question about mana; how do I increase it to breed a max stat pet since the pet I have now is 100 mana?

You can't, beyond introducing a pet that already has higher mana to the breeding pool and hoping RNG favours you- that's the reason people are fine with saying a pet with 100 mana is a max stat.
No philter to raise it, no nurture to raise it; maybe someday there'll be a philter or something that can boost mana, but at the moment, the base mana a pet has when its egg is created is the amount of base mana it has forever.
