He can travel between dimensions, and pop back out randomly in the world anywhere he wants. It puts a toll on his body though, and if he does it too much parts of his body can pixilate and fade. It's an extremely painful thing to heal. He can pull people into the dimension too, which is basically just a black void. He can leave them there or have them travel with him.
Personality:
Sureshi on the outside is really chipper and happy. He's sweet, kind, and caring about everyone. He's not what he seems though. Once you uncover who he really can be, he's not so sweet. He's devious, deceiving, and cruel. He's angry and upset over his past, and it just burned inside him for years. You normally only get his bad side if you speak about his parents, or his doctor appointments.
Goals:
Sureshi is an angry and sad person about his parent's deaths, and he wants revenge on the villains who killed them, and wants slight revenge on the heroes who wouldn't back them up. Don't get him wrong, he believes in being good, and helping others, but before he can do that he needs to clear all his hatred.

Quirk:

(Leon) Chrono-burst : Can freeze, slow or speed up the time for a target, the size of the target do impact on how long it will be affect by it, the bigger somthing is the faster it will be going back to normal. This can affect an human but can't be use on multiple living being in the same time.

(Victor) Atome swap : change any objects to other substences, it can't add or remove masses or protect the user from whatever he decide to turn the item into, at least not directly. It does change compleatly the meaning of the ' floor is [somthing dangerous here]' game.

Personalities:

Due and despite the difficulty that people had to tell them apart from look, they have developped very different personality. Those personality however seem to be subconcialy tone down when they are togedther, witch dosn't help to tell them apart and contribut to the feeling of them being one entity.

Leon is a bit of a mother hen (more like father hen), he will gladly put others in priority over him in case of danger. He can be a bit shy and ackward toward new comers but won't hesitate to have a stern talk or even set someone in literal time out if things go out of control. One of the rare things he can't stand is to see someone cry.

Victor, for his part, is loud mouth, he flirt with almost anyone around his age, it's mostly for fun and he rarely show any signe of true interest toward anyone. He get himself a trouble often and seem to enjoy breaking rules. The true is however, that he is doing it to be seen as different from his brother, even their own parents can't tell them apart, the only moment when they can figure out witch of the brothers he is, is when he make trouble. Of course he still love his brother, he could never hold any grudge toward him anyway, he just wish to be reconize for who he is by someone one day, to be tell apart for somthing right for a change.

Goal

They want to clean the name of their familly, in the past their father had been a villain however he change his way after their birth. From a young age they had decided to prove to others that nothing is set in stone and that there is alwais a way to make things right.

Personality:
Mel is extremely shy and likes to spend her time reading books. She's normally quiet and will only speak up if she finds it fit. Mel will always try and keep Harper out of trouble. She is easy to cluster aswell.

Goals:
Mel wants to keep her family and friends safe, no matter the cost.
