The dude who commissioned Gale to find the witch comes along demanding what the heck happened. Up on discovering that Gale can't a) remember ever being told to do such a thing and b) he doesn't want to anymore, he takes it upon himself to do it. Hence, a villain!

Right I was thinking another gay couple, not sure on races or if they should both be humans. A cool idea I was playing with was that one be a dragon/some other mythical animal/being in hiding.

Oh, I think I like that idea. It's similar to the one we have for Gale and Alec, but not quite.
