"Where are you from?" She asked kindly, remembering how long it had been since she had left her home planet.

"I dont remember the name, and I dont want to." He was lying. he was DEFENATLY lying. he loved his home planet, but was trying to erase it from his memory. 'Less thought, less pain' was his modo. he lived by it. "what about you?" he asked with a more welcoming and assured smile.

She walked to a balcony as her colostraphobia set in. No way was she letting herself get trapped in a cantana. by this time of day, it would start to stink of sweaty drunkards.


(family trip, sorry for the super late reply, also, i finished the first keeper of the lost cities book! it was so good.)

She smiled softly, her blue hair still floating out around her. Her fingertips were covered in frost, she seemed to be playing with it. Melting. Freezing. Repeat. "Gneonnis. I don't know if you've heard of us, but we work on a lot of technology to send to other planets. We also like keeping peaceful relations so we probably don't have any war stories to tell."

"I have not heard of it, but i take it that it is more of a frosted planet? " he questioned before finishing of the beverage before him. he watched her icy fingers intently, baffled by the crystal like formations of the ice.

she took a deep breath and looked at her gloved hands, making sure no crystals escaped them.

"Yes, very. Though it's really not cold- to me and my people, at least. It must be very very cold to anyone else." She held her hands up, a large snowflake hovering above her palm before melting because of the warmer temperature of the surroundings. "Hey, where did your friend go?"

"she is more of an aquantence. She went to the balcony, not much of a people person. she is a bit clostrephobic." he was mindful not to give away her species, although he had forgoten her name. snow....he hatted snow, but it was still pretty.

"Yeah, sorry. Nice to meet you lumi, my name is yuko. Yuko the liteon"

"I like your horns. I've actually never seen many of your people before, though I have met one or two who worked with me." Lumi nodded. "I'm part of my planets international and interplanet diplomacy."
