both are accepted however:
humanoids are not hybrids, sorry :') dinosaurs, unicorns, bees, dragons, etc. don't exist in this world either. [i should've made it clearer (i made the original post at around 1 am)] humanoids are Other World humans but with more feral traits, like scales and claws for example. and magic is mandatory unless you've been born without it, which is extremely rare.

i was thinking about throwing in some middleworld populace who were sent to the otherworld as infants to add some salt to a spicy plot

She can control the senses of herself and others for a limited amount of time. She can block peoples' sight, taste, touch, smell, hearing, and their overall feelings of pain. The longer she holds power over some else's senses, the more weak she gets. She has held up to an hour, but was out cold for a day. As of now, her limit is five people at once for around five minutes each. She typically employs blocking sight and hearing when in battle.

Garrett can turn invisible for short amounts of time and can also phase through objects. The denser the object, the more it weakens him. He can keep invisible for two hours if he doesn't phase at all and makes sure to concentrate. He can only phase twice or thrice a day before he tires out completely. He can also turn other people invisible for a very short time if he holds onto them. He cannot phase through parts people more than once every day. That means an arm or leg. He cannot phase through people's torsos or other large body parts.
