Okay, I will say that this is much better! They are all bright, colorful, and eye catching, which is the second thing to thing about when project designing. I am going to give a little bit of feedback on all of them, and am going to try to make it short :)

Faerie
You did a great job amplifying the green, but you have done this so that it overpowers the whole design. I would advise making this the main body color, and adding other shades of several bright colors to add to it, removing the gray.
Now, I hadn't even heard of a faerie dragon until I saw this thread, but looking at pictures, it seems they almost resemble a dragon/butterfly hybrid. Maybe pick a couple colors and make the wings and accents bright like butterfly wings? I am not completely sure, as I have not designed something like that before.

Hydra
The blue looks amazing! I was not expecting that! The only thing on that one is maybe make it darker in color, with lighter/brighter accents. This will make it so it still pops, but you can keep the scary, fierce look your first design had.

Lindworm
I will have to disagree with you on the pink there, because that is some really pretty shading you did! The green accents are also a nice touch. But if you don't like pink, don't go making that your final design! Remember that projects take time and space, so this one would taking that up for a while, and it's horrible to have something you don't like in your stables clogging up space. Trying using the same shading idea you used for this one and apply it to a color palette that appeals to you too!

Sea Serpent
I have conflicting opinions on this one... On one hand, bright colors are great, and on the other hand they are not. For this one your best bet would be to try to meet in the middle. While it does depend on what kind if sea serpent you are going for, It's usually either a mix of bright color and worn scales, or a dark monster of the depths. The feedback I give you on this one depends on what you want this design's story to be. Is it a dark monster? A friendly reef guardian? A rebellious party dragon? The only thing that I can give you on this one is that the bright on bright color scheme is a bit overwhelming and hard to process. Whatever you choose, try to select some different shades of accent colors and add either dark or light accents.

Western Dragon
I will have to say, i'm not so sure I love this one either... The purple went from scarce to almost dominating the design. Try to maybe tone it down a bit, and some other colors in there. Maybe even pick a cool theme, like galaxy or night sky and work off of that. If you find you are having trouble with picking a good color palette, try looking up a pretty landscape of sky picture to base you design off of. It helps a lot!

Wyvern
While the blood monster look isn't a very generic wyvern design, it looks super cool! My only thing on this one is that you should try and add different shades of red, and more darker accents to give it a more terrifying presence.

Overall, I would say this was a huge, positive change. I have no idea how you did all those in one night! Keep designing because these were great, really. You should try and enter a contest, as design skill like that could make you some gold :)

Okay, so for the Faerie I honestly decided to really focus on what you said about a butterfly and decided to totally change the color. I decided to take inspiration from nature and chose the bamboo page butterfly.

Basically I tried to follow the color scheme but kept the original traits as they followed more the species than the aesthetics. I'm hoping this change better suits the design. Also I think it would be better for me to focus on one species at a time.

That is a gorgeous design! The darker colors blend nicely on the body, and the vibrant colors of the wings definitely remind me of a butterfly. The color of the armor is also a more natural color, which I think better fits a faerie dragon.

And you are probably right about working on just on at a time. It is very difficult and very expensive to start a project, and start three at once when you have never done one before would probably break the bank (I know, trust me...) It is also nice to let the profits come in so you can enjoy the wealth for a bit before moving on to the next one.

When you do move on to actually breeding them, use a very good guide or ask a player experienced in breeding and answer any questions you may have. I tried to start my first project without a guide, and probably cost me a hundred thousand gold in wasted pets and essences. For my second one, I mapped out everything before I did it and got my breeding plan approved by a well respected breeder. So far, it seems to be going well.

Please ping me if you decide to revamp the other designs, as I would love to see how they turn out! I don't think I could have used such dark colors and make it turn out as bright and pretty as you did. If you need any help with starting this project, send me a PM! I'd be happy to spare a couple essences if I can get my hands on them.
