I usually go by what the current price is on similiar items in the trade broker.
Going by this, the Lupora essence would be 75k and the Ryori 50k.
If those prices are too high, you could offer some avatar items

and steampunk pumpkachine brass

Okay, that's fine :) The Ryo would be 45k with the Pumpkamachine thrown in. Without the Pumpkamachine it's 50k
